BIG BAGS FOOD GRADE – PHARMA GRADE

TYPE D DISSIPATIVE BIG BAGS
Type D dissipative FIBC bagsare made of special antistatic fabrics, with electrostatic charge dissipative properties in the environment through the corona discharge. This type of big bags does not require grounding, but has a few limitations of use for safety reasons: today it is preferable to use it in areas at risk of explosion classified in paragraphs 2 and 22. They are extremely suitable for the transport of combustible dusts and it is possible to coat the fabric with an additional antistatic coating.

The factory in Fiorano Modenese features a well-equipped plant for the production of non-standard flexible packaging, with special finishes or solutions, made exclusively on request of the client. In addition, the know-how made available by the department of filtering media for the industrial sector made it possible to create a full range of unique filtering big bags PRODUCED IN ITALY: DRENABAG - BIG BAGS with internally sewn TNT filter IDROBAG - BIG BAGS whose supporting fabric is combined with a special geotextile with high filtering efficiency WATERBAG - BIG BAGS with a special fabric specially designed to allow a high filtration speed DRYBAG - BIG BAGS low-cost for liquid filtration DRYBAG - BIG BAGS a new way to filter particulate up to 0.25 mm in size. Ideal in all those applications where drainage or cleaning of semi-finished products having defined sizes is required.
TYPE C CONDUCTIVE BIG BAGS
Type C conductive Big Bags by MANICARDI®, are designed to dischargethe electrostatic charges to the ground that could form on the internal walls of the FIBC during unloading and/or fast filling of the material. The use of this type of big bag is strongly recommended for work environments with explosive atmospheres. The type C big bags are made of a polypropylene cloth woven with yarns with conductive properties, which make it possible to discharge any electrostatic charge formed during the emptying or filling process to the ground. When properly grounded, the TYPE C big bags are extremely safe and can be used in hazardous areas classified according to standards specified in paragraphs 1,2,21,22.
