wire mesh and expanded metal since 1929

Epoxy coated wire mesh

This mesh assures good results in pleating, saving the coating stability. Usually used in oleodynamic and air filtering applications. We offer a big quantity of epoxy coated wire mesh from stock. Available in rolls (big lengths also available) or cut in stripes.

Dutch wave

The plain Dutch weave is a type of weave with larger warp wires than the weft wires.

WOVEN TYPES OF WIRE MESH

All woven types of wire mesh are produced in accordance with ISO 4783/3. We offer 6 woven types of wire mesh.

square wave

The square weave wire mesh is also called plain weave and is the most commonly used weave.

Reverse ducth wave

This is the reverse of the plain Dutch weave, i.e. it has more thin warp wires and fewer, but larger, weft wires. This structure provide a high degree of stability and optimal resistance to high pressure.

TWILL DUTCH WEAVE

The Dutch twill weave is similar to the plain Dutch weave, except that the weave has a twill pattern and a double layer of weft threads.

EXPANDED METAL  for industry

Microexpanded

Microexpanded metal is suitable for use for filters as well as other applications, and can be considered a particular type of expanded metal from which it differs due to its small mesh size.

Square Expanded

Square expanded metal is a type of mesh where the long diagonal is very similar to the short diagonal.

Rhomboidal

Rhomboidal expanded metal is the most commonly used type. Its particular shape allows for a good passage of air and light, and provides an attractive aesthetic appearance.

Hexagonal Expanded

Particularly suitable for walkways or where strength is a must.

Round Expanded

Round expanded metal is a valid alternative to perforated metal, with the advantage of not having production waste.

expanded for Heavy duty

A particular type of reinforced expanded metal suitable for all heavy-duty applications.
